Homeschooling

• As a guardian, what is expected of me with regards to educating my child? How is this different from a traditional homeschooling parent?
• If my child attends UCT Online High School, are they considered ‘homeschoolers’? What does this mean?
• If we live in a country outside South Africa will I be required to register my child with our Education Ministry?
• Who will be responsible for registering my child as a homeschooler with the Department of Education?
