The process
From application to your first day
Apply online
Start your application in the portal. Our Admissions Consultants support you step by step, from your first question to your child’s first day.
We review your application
If your child meets all the basic requirements, you hear back within hours. If the application goes to academic review, your child may write an English and/or Mathematics assessment, and the outcome takes 10 to 14 days. Either way, the outcome arrives by email.
Accept your offer and confirm the place
Placement is not guaranteed, but we look at every application holistically and try to be as inclusive as possible. Once you receive an offer, pay the R599 placement fee by card in the portal within seven days. It confirms the place and is non-refundable.
Submit your documents
After you accept a conditional offer, we ask for all the documents listed in the application during the pre-orientation phase. We need them before your child starts.
Pay the first month and start
Tuition is paid in advance, so your first payment needs to clear before your child’s first day on the Online Campus. After that, invoices are due on the 1st of each month.
